Learn to make and use two of the world’s best fillings and icings. Italian Butter Cream and Chocolate Ganache are used by bakers worldwide for fillings, icings, dipping and decorative piping.

Take advantage of this final opportunity to learn professional baking secrets from Swiss Delices’ bakers. This is our last class. We hope you will join us for one last fun class.

Classes are held at Swiss Delices Bakery, 3315 Castro Valley Blvd, Castro Valley, Tel. 510/881.8669, from 6.00 pm – 8.00 pm

  • The cost is $ 50.00 for a 2 hours class. Ingredients are not included but unless you do a chocolate class, they won’t exceed $ 3.00 to $ 10.00 per person. You get to take home whatever you make!
  • Sign up for two or more classes and get a 10% rebate on each class, bring a friend and get a 10% rebate on your class.*
  • Class size is limited to 8 and a minimum number of 6 participants are required.
  • Class fee of $50 is required 7 days prior to class, payable online or in person at the bakery. Ingredient costs are due at the class.
